Preston Motor Park Helps Grass Route Level Sport

Preston Motor Park - a Fiat, Volvo and Lotus dealership - has sponsored local golfer and PGA Wales' winner, Will Barnes, with a brand new Fiat Bravo. The golfer, who spent 5 years at The Belfry, where he undertook his PGA, set up his own junior coaching academy and now works as Head of Junior Development at Garstang Golf Centre.

The sponsorship will allow Will to visit over 30 local junior schools in the area, where he currently teaches golf. A senior school program will start very soon.

General Manager at Preston Motor Park, Gary Greenaway, commented: “At Preston Motor Park we are always on the look out for ways to support our local community and budding young stars, especially in the current economical climate.” He continues, “This is a worthwhile partnership offering a local PGA Pro an award winning Fiat Bravo. Plus the partnership will offer additional benefits for our customers, like a ten per cent discount on their first golf lesson and offers on golf days and holidays.”

Will is representing Great Britain and Ireland in the bi-annual PGA Cup in the United States this month. He commented: “It's always good to create local associations with businesses which can help me to do my job. I am very grateful that such a reputable company like Preston Motor Park were able to provide me with this car to help visit local schools to teach our next generation of pros.”

Preston Motor Park is part of Cambria Automobiles Ltd which is one of the UK's fastest growing dealer groups. They represent 27 motor dealerships across England. At Preston Motor Park, along with the rest of the group, they are renowned for having a solid reputation for reliability and integrity, offering a wide range of quality new and used vehicles.
